SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs:

As long as the product is in stock, we will ship your order within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. The shipment will be made by Envialia courier for shipments weighing less than 25 Kg and DB Schencker for shipments greater than that weight.

Shipping cost:

Shipping cost within the Peninsula 6.50.- €.
Balearic Islands sent cost per shipment 10.- €.

Deliveries:

Delivery before 19:00 the day after the package is sent, in towns with delegations of the contracted transport companies. Rest of towns, guarantee of delivery before 1:00 p.m. on the second next business day.

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to request a product change in the case of defective products or wrong shipments. Request the change by communicating it within the non-extendable period of 15 calendar days, counting from the receipt of the order, by means of a message addressed to info@fashionmetalacc.com or through our contact form. Changes of defective products and erroneous shipments attributable to Fashionmetalacc.com will only be accepted, which will assume the shipping costs provided that this circumstance is communicated within the term and by the means indicated above.

If you are satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to return it. from the date of receipt of the order, but in this case the shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer, that is, we only refund the amount of the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be properly packed for its return and will be sent to the address: Fashionmetalacc C / Vicente Aleixandre, 6-A (03440) Ibi.- Alicante, including the delivery note sent with the order.
The refund of the money will be made by the same form of payment with which the purchase was made (transfer or credit card).
